At Schillings we are recruiting for a part-time Office Assistant to join our Client Services team on a 12 month fixed term contract, working on-site Tuesday -Friday. This role is integral to the smooth running of the firm and you will get the opportunity to really make a difference whilst working in an environment where no one day is the same. This role would suit somebody who has previous experience working within hospitality, business services or a law firm with strong organisation and communication skills.
- Conducting daily walk arounds, re-stocking paper for printers, checking the overall appearance of all areas and meeting rooms. Reporting any issues to Client Services Coordinator.
- Ensuring that the Hub is always stocked throughout the day with soft drinks, juices, tea bags etc. Re-stocking where necessary.
- Completing stock take for all refreshments.
- Setting up and organising meeting rooms; including preparing refreshments, organising lunches, re-stocking, setting up presentations etc.
- Ensuring document preparation area is always presentable and tidy.
- Meeting and greeting clients/visitors.
- Answering caller enquiries and direct/assist in a helpful and professional manner.
- Monitor incoming emails and deal with all enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
- Check stationery stock, submit orders to Client Services Coordinator.
- Communicating with all levels of staff to ensure smooth running of the office.
- Booking taxis/couriers.
- Assisting with general office tasks.
Experience:
- 1-2 years within a similar role
