Full-time, 35 hours per week
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic person to join our growing Office and Systems team in Swindon.
The successful candidate will support the Office & Systems Manager and the wider team in providing administrative support for the company. This is a varied opportunity for someone who already has some office experience or is looking for their first role.
Key accountabilities will include but are not limited to:
- Client file management – there is a significant printing/scanning need with much needed attention to detail required
- Supporting with post, deliveries and associated processes
- Being the first point of contact for all facilities queries
- Supporting with processing queries from the facilities ‘inbox’
- Providing wider admin support to the Swindon team
- Providing cover for other facilities tasks in times of absence
Experience and knowledge required
- Some administrative experience gained in a busy environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
- Solid IT experience including the regular use of Microsoft 365 and other in-house systems
- Ability & willingness to learn
- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to roll your sleeves up to get the job done!
