Operations Analyst
The Team:
The Operations team supports the broader Trading Analytics group by ensuring accurate processing of customer data on a daily basis. We’re looking for someone who is a problem solver and self-starter with a strong analytical background, able to investigate, identify and resolve issues with client data.
The Impact:
The Operations Analyst is a key member of the Trading Analytics team working to ensure data is processed and suitable for generating reports and available for client review. When a data challenge is raised, the Ops Analyst will step in to thoroughly investigate the issue to determine if any changes are necessary. If so, the analyst will deliver the change requirements to internal teams and later validate the updates.

Responsibilities:
The Operations Analyst responsibilities includes all of the following:
Ensure processing of client data and reconciles input vs output
Document required changes and validate updates to upload procedures
Migrate clients from legacy platforms
Evaluate suitability of files for processing (all relevant fields present and formatted correctly)
Participate in industry calls where regulatory changes are discussed
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have…
A university degree in Finance, Computer Science, Financial Engineering or other similar analytically oriented field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
The ability to understand, document and communicate technical requirements
Knowledge of complex excel functions (Pivots, VLOOKUP, etc) and basic SQL commands
