Location Flexible: Manchester, Leeds, London or Staines

Depending on Experience £28,000 - £33,000 + fantastic benefits

Role Overview
As a HR Systems Specialist you would be part of a small team that manages our Payroll platform, Zellis ResourceLink. You would play a key role in our Payroll operation and the wider business by ensuring that ResourceLink is maintained and managed on a day to day basis. As a HR System Specialist you would be heavily involved in the ongoing improvement and project based updated within the system.
What you'll do:
- Record enhancements/fixes/bugs on the Zellis extranet and keep log of outstanding calls to review and escalate to UK Support Manager in readiness for the Service Review Meetings with Zellis. Liaising with Internal teams, updating on testing, ticket progress
- You will be the subject matter expert for interface between Workday and ResourceLink payroll system
- Assist UK Payroll Support Manager to implement system upgrades, new functionality and enhancements. Liaising with CI team and other parties in relation to future changes
- Ensure that all software upgrades and system enhancements/fixes are fully tested in the test system before being integrated into the production environment in a controlled manner, whilst adhering to strict company guidelines regarding systems access as laid down by Bupa IS Systems Security and Application Services Teams
- Creation of ResourceLink functionality where changes are required advised by Workday. Recording and documentation of all changes in ResourceLink.
- ResourceLink housekeeping activities. GDPR/Enhancements/Audit tracking and deletion processes
- Supporting Payroll Operations in relation to incoming and outgoing integration. Trouble shooting/resolving, documentation and logging issued VSTS Global
- Providing support to customers using MyView, ensuring functionality is available. Liaising with Zellis and internal IS and Operational departments
What you'll bring:
- Experience of Payroll systems and its backend maintenance, specifically Zellis ResourceLink
- Previous experience in payroll but need to understand how to create system builds (preferably working with large complex payrolls)
- Experience of working with Excel and integration files (CSV)
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong appreciation of IT issues together with experience of Microsoft Office
- Continuous Improvement experience desirable
