The Role:
As an Office Assistant, you are responsible for organising the office and assisting associates to optimise processes. The ability to creating and updating records to ensure accuracy and validity of information is also required. You also need to Schedule and organise meetings and appointments and coordinate with the sales managers. You will gain great satisfaction from starting a new career in London Training for Excellence.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent telephone and email manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment.
Additional Requirements:
- Fluent speaking in English, Arabic bilingual (optional).
- Bachelor degree or higher educations is required.
