CoRe is seeking a Finance Executive to deliver a series of transformational projects that will build and strengthen the maturity of its financial management strategy and execution. The role will collaborate with the CoRe leadership and Global Finance organization.

  • Modernize pricing and billing methodologies in line with market best practices and Member Firm strategic goals.
  • Develop financial levers to align with workforce and location strategy.
  • Engage the Finance organization at a Global and Member Firm level to ensure CoRe financial plans are understood and supported.
  • Accountability for finalization of the FY24 plan.
  • Develop short and long-term initiatives to enable CoRe’s financial targets.
  • Provide strategic support to CoRe leadership assessing financial levers and proactively identifying opportunities for efficiencies in each service area.
  • Assess business case /financial validity for new or existing service / relationships.
  • Improve CoRe’s financial reporting to ensure leading insights are available to leadership, allowing them to take proactive and timely data-driven decisions.
  • Improve CoRe’s financial management process, driving rapid and sustainable simplification of financial administration.
  • Review and improve enabling area charging methodologies, ensuring value for money for CoRe.
  • Develop new sources of funding for CoRe services.
  • Ensure the right internal controls are placed in financial operations to support enterprise risk management process

Connect to your skills and professional experience

  • Degree in accounting or business administration or equivalent business experience.
  • Preferred candidates with an MBA in Finance and the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations or equivalents.
  • Relevant experience for a major company or division of a large corporation.
  • Experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills.
