Job description
Office Assistant.
The role will be assisting with booking in engineers, taking calls, login, amending jobs on CRM. Prioritising workload, purchasing of materials, checking, and filing jobs online.
The ideal candidate will provide a general all-round administrative support within a small friendly team and would have:
· Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop good working relationships with a variety of people.
· Excellent organisational skills
· Competence in using standard office IT applications including job allocation software· Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of duties, as the need arises. · Accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Manage and maintain office supplies
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
Experience:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a plus.
