Your role and responsibilities
You will be part of a small team focusing on debt management.
Duties will include:
General office administration
Completing and submitting insurance claims on behalf of clients
Discussing and keeping clients informed of their accounts and insurance claims
Maintaining detailed records of insurance claims and invoices on client records.
Answering account questions and queries form clients.
The successful candidate must be organised and self-motivated and have excellent communication skills. We pride ourselves on providing a high level of customer service to all our clients and the successful candidate must be able to deliver and maintain this.Candidate must be confidant in their ability to converse with clients regarding outstanding invoices.
Hours and package:
Permanent
37.5 hours per week
Salary £21,447.97
