Working Week
Monday to Friday based in our main school in central Southampton (some weekends during junior school operation). 30-40 hours per week depending on demand.
Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Assist with various finance tasks: Bank reconciliation on SAGE, processing invoices, allocating and checking students’ payments on CLASS NET database etc.
- Assist with various office tasks : Filing, GDPR erase process, Stock room rearrangement
- Junior operations – year round and summer centres: Assist with group and individual enrolments, communicate with host families, book transport and venues, airport transfers, assist with group arrivals and departures, general preparation of documents, lanyards, student cards
- Assist in the reception when necessary

Remuneration
£10.42 per hour with 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
Staff will accrue prorated paid holidays at the statutory rate of 5.6 weeks per annum.
You must be eligible to work in the UK and you will need to provide, or agree to undergo a Criminal Records DBS Check and Safeguarding for Child Protection Level 1.
