£27,000 per annum
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm

The Role
To provide support for the company Directors and Senior Management; acting as a main point of contact; booking meetings and carrying out various administrative tasks; in order to support the delivery of business objectives.
An ideal role for an individual who loves to find new ways to stay organised, is always one step ahead in anticipating needs and enjoys a busy and varied role. In addition to your core Assistant responsibilities, there is huge scope for involvement in strategic projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Being a main point of contact in the office for staff enquiries, deliveries and visitors.
- Ensuring that follow up action is taken where needed.
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports and documents as and when required.
- Arrange and attend meetings where necessary and then to follow up with accurate minutes and action points.
- Update the HR database with employee details, sickness/annual leave alongside supporting the HR department at head office with varied duties.
- Daily checks of the warehouse to ensure all areas are working efficiently as they should be.
- To take ownership of strong communication between the Group and HWC ensuring that all group led announcements and publications are fully delivered to the warehouse and logistics teams.
- Order and stock take of stationery and uniform when needed.
- Ensuring the office and board room areas are clean, tidy and presentable.
