The Office Assistant is responsible for assisting the Office Manager in the day to day running of the offices and site in Syston

- Reception – Recruitment Admin – Ad-Hoc to assist Recruitment Team/CSL's when required
- Office equipment and consumables
- Site Health & Safety
- All buildings and grounds maintenance

- Good interpersonal skills
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Strong verbal communication skills able to communicate at all levels
- Able to cope under pressure, and multi task
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel & Powerpoint
