Group Management are specialists in inspection, testing and documentation and provide services across the UK and wider EU. We are growing business with a healthy secured order book.
We currently have a role for a 'hands on' administrative assistant working in our busy office in Ripponden, Halifax. We can offer a rewarding career which can offer progression for the right person. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and we are offering a competitive starting salary based on experience, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) company pension & private health insurance.
General Role
- Assist with accommodation and travel booking.
- Office maintenance, Photo copier, Stationary / PPE orders.
- ECS Assessments.
- Mentor & all other Training courses.
- General daily tasks including admin filing and answering telephone.
- Assist with preparation of ISO audits with Office Manager
- Data Inputting
- Assisting managers with daily tasks and helping in other areas when required
Required skills:
- Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Able to organise and prioritise own work load.
- Good communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
- Attention to detail.
- Good numeracy and English.
- Proactive and a team player.
