-Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and answering phone calls
-Organising and maintaining files, records, and databases
-Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
-Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
-Coordinating travel arrangements and managing expenses
-Providing general office support, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment
-Creation of Purchase orders is a daily task in this role
The successful candidate should have
-Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar administrative role
-Excellent organisational and time-management skills
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Good communication skills, both written and verbal
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
Immediate start
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Monday to Friday (flexible) - 30 hours per week
