Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Assistant to join the team in our London (Broadway) office. Reporting directly to the CEO's PA and Office Administrator, the successful candidate will be required to provide executive support as well as undertaking day to day office duties.
Situated close to St James's Park tube station, our London office is home to professionals from various businesses in the Fred. Olsen group of companies. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate, who is happy to support a small office, and the Leadership Team. We need someone with good communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and someone who is flexible and adaptable.
A full job profile is attached, but duties are to include:
- Arranging meetings – booking meetings and rooms and communicating information, providing refreshments.
- Setting reminders for meetings
- Welcome guest and visitors
- Organising travel arrangements, nationally and internationally
- Running errands
- Copy typing memos and reports. Managing the office, including opening and closing the office
- Processing accounts and payments
- Administration and general office duties
