Are you going to be the newest addition to the Etrusca Auctions team?
We are currently looking for an office assistant to help us out with day-to-day tasks.
At Etrusca we are an online-based auction house, specialising in fine jewellery.
With our recent growth, we are now looking for a new addition to our team.
The ideal candidate will be will be a recent graduate, who is ambitious, with a can-do attitude, strong organisational skills, pro-activity, and an ablity to handle a fast paced working environment.
Knowledge about fine jewellery, gemstones, diamonds, and/or experience with auctions will be very beneficial but is not mandatory.
If you are interested in a career within the jewellery industry, this is an excellent environment for learning, growing, and progressing fast within the industry.
Day-to-day duties will include:
Stocking-in items in our database, and keeping the database up to date.
Packing and creating shipments of sold items and inbound items.
Replying to emails and phone requests.
Describing items and copywriting items for auctions.
Managing stock and preparing items for auction/photography.
