At the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) we are entering a period of growth that makes this a fantastic time to join us. To help enable this and best equip us for the journey ahead, we are looking for a HR Business Partner with excellent stakeholder management skills to join our supportive HR Team.

This is an exciting role where you will partner with key areas of the organisation to provide strategic HR support.

Job Description:
As a HR Business Partner you will be responsible for providing a high quality business partnering service to our Managers; discussing business strategies, HR challenges and HR plans to ensure that we have the skills and resources available to best achieve our objectives.

Supporting our senior leaders, you will develop plans for recruitment, training, restructuring and succession, supporting with implementation and will coach our managers on effective leadership, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. You will lead on developing a range of HR functions including development of processes, policies and procedures. Alongside this, you will provide a range of specialist HR advice and support across the organisation.

Responsibilities:
As the successful candidate, you will be CIPD qualified and have proven experience of advising Managers on a range of complex HR issues. You will also have experience of leading organizational change projects and of working with Trade Union representatives.

With strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and constructively across all levels of the organization, you will have a comprehensive understanding of and be able to advise on a range of areas including; employment law, EDI, organizational change, training and strategic planning. Any previous experience of working within a public sector environment would be advantageous.

Location
We operate a hybrid model of working with a mix of office and home working. This role can be based out of either our Manchester or Leeds office.

Interviews
Interview dates are between 15th and 19th June and will be held via Microsoft Teams in line with our current hybrid working model.

The salary for this role is a spot salary within the given range, which will normally be the minimum of the range. There is no incremental progression through a pay scale. Annual salary reviews are determined by the government pay award. In addition, when the probation period is successfully completed, a performance related bonus may be awarded, based on appraisal ratings at the end of the qualifying appraisal year.

Any move to the Regulator from another employer will mean you can no longer access childcare vouchers. This includes moves between government departments.
