Job description
The primary objective of this role is to oversee company resources, to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities
Managing office facilities; working with building owners and external vendors.
- Coordinating the provision of employee incentives and benefits
- Overseeing distribution and maintenance of company and office equipment.
- Monitoring and reporting on staff attendance
- Onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Organising company and team events.
Other ad hoc administrative duties, working with members of the HR and Leadership teams.

Required Skills and Experience
Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- An ability to work unsupervised and be proactive
- An ability and desire to learn new skills quickly
Fluent written and spoken English
Preferred Skills
1+ years of relevant professional experience
- Familiarity with GSuite software (especially Sheets)
