Job description
Looking for a highly motivated person to learn all aspects of running a busy office.
Candidate will need good telephone skills, ability to work on their own and use their own initiative.
Must be able to multi task as there are lots of different elements in the role.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Invoicing
- Arranging appointments with customers via email, telephone and Whatsapp
- Liaising with suppliers
- Managing daily workload for fitters
- Raising stock orders
- General administrative duties including scanning, filing, archiving and email management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least one years experience within an administration/office role.
- Candidate must be able to travel to the office in order to start for 7.30am.
Desirable:
- Experience with Sage Accounting however, full training will be provided.
