Office Assistant - JJ Thompson Dental Lab

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to work in our busy lab on a full-time basis.

The role as a Office Assistant

• Speaking to clients by phone, email & in-house system
• Updating daily reports
• Organising technicians work
• Booking in jobs
• Invoicing works
• Ordering products
• Incoming & dispatch of products
• Dealing with client queries and building rapport between yourself and clients

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a general administration role
• Customer Service experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be confident in using IT systems. Full training will be given for the bespoke system used in the lab.
