What would you be doing?
The Adludio team is going through an exciting period of change and a fantastic new role has been created to support the business.
As an Office and Systems administrator, you will be providing support to both the Technology and HR team as well as the wider business.
This role will require you to be proactive and hands-on with a range of duties. You will be flexible a great team player and able to adapt to changing requirements.
You would be doing the following:
IT Duties
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support of the new Adludio SaaS platform within Adludio during UK business hours. You will join the Product Development team meetings and receive extensive training on this In time for product launch In Q2 2023
- Responsible for CRM administrator duties – currently using Pipedrive
- Installing, configuring and maintaining software for standard Adludio desktop and laptop builds including liaison between internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, CTO) and suppliers
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues for standard applications (GSuite/Workspace, Notion etc) You will admin rights on a number of these applications
- Responsible for procurement, registration and management of all hardware and standard software builds - including asset log/inventory for all leavers and joiners
- Input to software security issues, policies and applications and liaison with suppliers
- Support In creating and managing product documentation regularly on Shared drives and Notion Wiki
- Involvement in testing new Adludio proprietary software applications as part of the new SaaS platform.
- Implementation and support of London office software and hardware for AV and Wifi networks
- Input and then monitoring of compliance with Adludio IT policies and standards with CTO
- Input to DPO investigations and compliance with CTO
Administrative Duties
- Assist HR with coordinating and delivering a thorough onboarding and offboarding process for all employees and contractors
- Assist with recruitment process as and when required
- Supporting HR to implement a refreshed and comprehensive benefits package within the business
- Assist HR to deliver a robust review and training process
- Assisting with organising company events and employee socials
- Other administrative duties as required
What you’ll bring

- A self-starter with sufficient experience to hit the ground running and be confident enough to work independently.
- Innovative with a keen interest in improving existing processes, developing new ones and implementing new tools and techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all areas of the business and with external customers.
- Advanced skills in Google Docs, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable with remote working and able to visit and work from the London office when required.
