Job Description


Our product management team drives our roadmap through a solid understanding of our customers' problems and needs, developing solutions that provide demonstrable customer value, delight end users, and ensure customer success. We encourage innovation and creativity.

We're looking for a mix of Project Manager / Product Manager who can bring their outcome-focused mindset, resilience, and adaptability to the table.

This role will help drive relentless product innovation and execution of our feature roadmap with our key clients in the UK and EU – with key objectives being:

  • Manage client discoveries for feature development across our UK/EU clients
  • Lead cross functional project teams to deliver new product development initiatives on time and on budget
  • Contribute and collaborate with the wider product team, and the product marketing team on the go-to-market strategy for the product in the UK/EU region
  • Be the on-the-ground SME for our product in the UK/EU region
  • Facilitate engaging collaborative workshops such as discoveries and design sprints to help maintaining the focus on customer value
  • Manage the end-to-end project delivery for client engagements
  • Lead focus on customer expectation as well as market research, competitive analysis and benchmarking to help define new functions and features documents that promote engagement amongst key stakeholders

Qualifications
  • Proven experience and knowledge of software product management or owner experience
  • Curiosity to always find a better way to do things and entrepreneurial motivation to actually make it happen
  • Work with ownership and accountability
  • Ability to own decisions
  • Start-up experience and/or launching a new product will be valuable
  • Experience in retail media or co-op/shopper marketing, preferably in the ad tech or programmatic advertising space
  • Working knowledge of retail, eCommerce, and digital monetization programs, as well as ad tech industry (comfortable with DSP, DMP, PMP terminology & discussion)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with and present to all levels and functions, in and out of the organization
  • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and demonstrate individual and group presentation skills
  • Owned a product from introduction through launch or owned a mature product with ongoing enhancements
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, sales and product teams, including with remote contributors and stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – self-driven and curious with a passion for solving problems
  • Demonstrated project leadership skills
  • Success in planning, executing, and managing projects
  • Proven track record of successful new product development using formal methodologies working with an Agile Technology Team, preferably using Scrum

We would love for you to have experience in a client facing function role and proven capacity to engage and influence key stakeholders. You should have a track record of strategic thinking and developing plans and most importantly be a proactive problem solver, able to self-manage and motivate.

Our ideal candidate should have proven ability in leading/guiding cross functional teams (which could be disparately located) to deliver new initiatives through formal stage gate process, on time and to budget. If we were being a little pickier, flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace challenges with enthusiasm are advantageous.
