Job description
We are looking for the North East's most organised person to join us an Office Administrator to take a lead role in a growing company.
The primary aim of this role would be to work with our Directors to oversee the customer facing aspects of TheTechTeam, following up with and booking in customers who have requested service, keeping them up to date with their repairs, organising a team of technicians and managing the logistics of a busy computer repair company.
The company currently covers the North East, Cumbria, Yorkshire, Durham, Nottingham and Scotland but has plans to grow its reach nationally within the next 18 months.
The Role:
- Manage the logistics of a busy service business, planning and overseeing the day to day operations - being organised is key!
- Taking a lead in ensuring the company is delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Working with a small team of staff to ensure that all jobs are covered and all locations are appropriately staffed.
- Outbound calls to customers who have requested our service to get them booked in.
- Working with our Head Tech and Head Courier to achieve company KPIs.
- Work with our Directors to push the business on.
The Person:
- Be extremely friendly and able to quickly build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Have superb communication skills on the phone and face to face.
- Always willing to go ‘the extra mile’ to ensure that a customer is delighted with the service received.
- Fantastic organisational skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
- Be adaptable as things change very rapidly in a small business.
Working hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, 9am to 5pm
Actual salary is £22,000 - £24,0000, FTE of £27,500 - £29,000
