Hours: 06:00am – 15:00pm Monday to Friday
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Office Administrator to join our Logistics team based in Bristol. This role will involve providing administrative support to the team and is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and knowledge.
Duties:
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Answer telephone enquiries and take messages
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Process orders and invoices
- Maintain filing systems
- Prepare documents and reports
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of sales processes
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
