Office Administrator (Residential Department)
Due to the on-going success of our Bridgend branch we are currently expanding our team to meet with increasing demand within the area.
Starting salary - £20,300 negotiable depending on experience, plus discretionary performance related commission.
Herbert R Thomas are a well-established firm of Chartered Surveyors, Auctioneers, Valuers, Estate Agents, Commercial Agents and Town Planners.
You will be responsible for the overall administration of the Bridgend Residential Sales Department whilst working as a part of a busy sales team dealing with customer enquiries to ensure branch sales targets are met. Working closely with the Residential Manager to ensure the smooth running of the business.
We are looking for a candidate that can meet the following criteria:
- A highly organised individual
- 1 year minimum administration experience
- Experience with office administration, file notes and compliance
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Audio typing skills
- Good grammatical skills
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work to deadlines
- An outgoing, vibrant personality
- Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
- Comfortable working Saturdays on a rota basis
