Amazing job opportunity within our car styling & modification company based in Harlow, Essex.
Here at PCS we are offering a new position of office administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic and is willing to succeed in a office environment.
Please note, no prior admin experience necessary so please still apply if you are willing to learn.
Responsibilities include;
· Completing daily admin duties (tasks will be provided)
· Procuring stock from suppliers & maintaining stock levels
· Booking & scheduling jobs for the workshop and colleagues
· Working alongside the marketing team to support business growth
· Maintaining company databases (uploading files and updating information)
· Maintaining job board postings (Indeed etc.) and posting job advertisements when required
· Monitoring the emails and phone calls.
· Working alongside the manager
· Answering the mobile, office phone and responding to text messages
· Dealing with queries
· Filing away paperwork
· Covering reception when needed, greeting any clients that come into the workshop
Key skills;
· Essential knowledge of Microsoft packages is required
· Resourceful and capable of working as a team member
· Flexible and adaptable in completing varied tasks
· Good communication skills
· Organisation skills is a must. Keeping workplace environment tidy at all times.
