Office Administrator:
Full-Time, Permanent 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (30 minute lunch break).
Part-Time/Job Share will be considered. Please specify on your application.
Skills required:
Good telephone manner
Ability to problem solve
Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Access
A ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to learn and embrace new skills
GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths
Accuracy and attention to detail are a must.
Desirable skills:
Mail merge
Database creation and management
One years’ experience in a similar position preferable.
Duties:
Customer service (telephone and email), postal documentation, sales lead verification.
Additional duties as required:
Order processing
Inbound telephone order entry
Dealing with customer queries
Collation of mailings
Data input and extraction from bespoke databases

Established in 1996, Yes Response is a marketing services provider (customer communications and fulfilment services) working to demanding deadlines for our long standing, prestigious clients. We are based in Uttoxeter, currently employ 8 staff and are looking to expand our team.
