Part time Office Administrator required to join
WhiteAvon Consultancy Chippenham Wiltshire
Approx. 24 hours per week or 3 days between Monday and Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (to include Thursday & Friday 2.00pm to 5.00pm) with potential for additional hours in the future.
WhiteAvon Consultancy is an Agricultural Business Consultancy based in Chippenham Wiltshire. We work with a growing number of farming and agricultural clients throughout the south west and are now recruiting for a part time experienced Office Administrator to join our busy office support team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a Customer Services role, an efficient and friendly telephone manner, a positive can do attitude and ability to undertake a wide range of tasks supporting our team of 8 Consultants.
General tasks include:
Managing and writing emails / letters
Handling incoming and outgoing post
Answering the phone, dealing with and directing incoming enquiries
Taking minutes for meetings
Printing, binding and sending out documents to clients
Greeting visitors
Making travel arrangements
Updating and managing the office CRM ACT
Sending mailshots
Proficiency required in the following:
Typing
Word
Excel
PowerPoint
PDF Converter such as SODA
ACT or similar CRM
Candidates must have their own transport and live locally, free parking on site.
Package includes 33 days holiday and generous salary depending on experience.
