Would you like to be part of a friendly and busy team? We are looking for an administrator to join our busy operations team, working with our external partners and booking appointments for our surveying team.
This is initially a fixed term role (12 months) with potential to become permanent. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of time working from home, but you will need to be able to regularly attend our office in Chippenham, Wiltshire for training and meetings. Office equipment will be provided and you will receive full training. You will need to have a reliable broadband connection at home.
The job role includes:
- Being a first point of contact for customers and clients - this role involves being on the telephone for a large proportion of the day
- Answering customer and client queries, building rapport.
- Working to agreed service levels
- Maintaining accurate records on our databases and systems – including providing up to date availability to our clients
- Uploading information to our systems for our surveyors to refer to
- Liaising with teams to provide updates on appointments and survey reports
- Being flexible and working across our teams to cover peak times and absences, including booking appointments (with full training)
- Working 37.5 hours per week, with a rota that may include finishing at 6.30pm and some Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
- Working towards agreed daily and monthly team targets
- General administration duties

- Experience of working in a booking role or working as part of a customer contact centre is desirable although not essential
