Job description
Water Hygiene Services Ltd are a growing specialist independent Legionella control contractor who specialize in assisting organizations in the prevention, control and compliance of the risks associated with Legionella Bacteria (in line with HSE ACOP L8). Water Hygiene Services provide a service to a variety of clients such as Universities, Colleges, Housing Associations, Mental Health Trusts, Hospitals and Local Authorities.
Working Hours: The position is ideally based on 40 hours per week. Hours to be worked are between 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Hours can be flexible.
Package: Salary – To be discussed and with a view to increase with performance (£19,000 - £23,000 per annum, subject to experience)
Annual Leave: 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (increase to 25 days plus bank holidays after 1 year service)
Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking person and who ideally has some I.T Skills to assist with the general office administration, working alongside the Sales Team.
The following will be expected of the successful candidate as they progress through their role. Please note that training will be provided: -
v Managing the CRM System/ inputting new data/ keeping existing records up to date
v Assist with new customer questionnaires and tender documentation
v Answering the phone/making calls/ dealing with customer queries
v Compiling quotations where required
v Customer portal updates and maintenance as required.
v Client Liaison
v Other administrative tasks as required.
Skills Required:
v Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
v Must have excellent communication skills (particularly on the phone);
v Must have excellent administration skills (demonstrated by experience)
v Must be highly organised, be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload;
v Must have a keen eye for detail/accuracy in their work;
v Must be punctual, reliable and professional.
