We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a dynamic manufacturer in Stonehouse. This is a great opportunity to work for a company that can provide a clear career path and a varied, interesting and rewarding administration role.
As Office Administrator you will:
- Use your organisational and communication skills to full advantage when completing a range of administration tasks
- Showcase your attention to detail when correctly order processing and arranging export of products
- Be familiar with working on Microsoft Excel and raising purchase orders and invoicing customers
- Help with the collation of information for weekly payroll and maintain attendance records
- Effectively use filing and archiving systems
- Take control of petty cash and all stationery orders / consumables
