As the Office Administrator you play a vital and key position within Veida Contracting Ltd, serving the primary purpose of supporting The Company Directors and Higher Management in providing Outstanding Client Service in all aspects of Construction and Contract Cleaning.
As the Office Administrator you will be the first point of contact for our Europe Leading Retail and Construction clients, therefore having the ability to build a lasting report is of up most importance.
You will work closely with our Cleaning Operatives, producing daily job packs, filing all completed Maintenance Reports and producing any require Site Audits for snags reported on live projects across North and North East of England, Yorkshire, Cumbria and Wales.
This position will suit an experienced administrator with the ability to follow processes and time targets.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work directly with the Directors of The Company.
Control of department email address, ensuring all queries are directed to the responsible person and answered within a reasonable timescale.
Control the flow of digital records into the department, ensuring a robust and regulated system of records control is managed.
Receipt of physical paperwork from both internal and external parties, ensuring all paperwork is present ahead of periodic archiving.
Scanning of physical paperwork, ensuring no records go to storage without a digital record being available.
Perform additional tasks as directed by the Company Director.
Academic/Educational Requirement
Educated to GSCE Level
Required Skills/Experience/knowledge:
Previous experience processing paperwork within a regulated environment.
Experience in managing their own workflow and ability to complete requirements within set timescales.
Team player with ability to work using own initiative when necessary.
Confident and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications.
