The Role
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role for a candidate who is keen to learn on-the-job and be exposed to a fast-paced business environment. You’ll gain experience in every area of our business; from fleet management and logistics to credit assessments and sales support.
Hours
Mon-Fri coverage required but this can be on full-time or part-time hours. Please advise in your application of preferred shift patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with the sales team to produce sales support material, place vehicle orders and arrange nationwide delivery.
- Working with the contracts team to undertake credit assessments and produce contract documentation.
- Locating vehicles on a Nationwide Basis and arranging delivery and uplift timescales.
- Scheduling and reporting on on our fleet management system.
- Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Processing website and telephone enquiries
The ideal candidate:
- You are passionate and keen to be a key member of any team you are a part of

- You have a strong eye for detail and take ownership of your work
- You have an interest in emerging technologies and how they impact businesses like ours
- You have outstanding literacy and writing skills
- You are extremely I.T. literate and have experience across the Microsoft Business Suite
