The Office Administrator role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a demonstrable interest in People Operations or CEO Office that is looking to develop their career. There is significant room for growth in this role and therefore it would be best suited to individuals that are quick learners and have a growth mindset and can really hit the ground running.

This role will be based in our office in Old Street, London. Working from home may be possible on occasion, but not regularly as it's important for you to be present in the office. Standard working hours: 9 am to 6 pm.

Job Description and Key Responsibilities:

  • Will act as the first point of contact for employees on any Office related queries;
  • Manage the day-to-day office, vibe, and administrative needs of the London office;
  • Coordinate the office supplies and deliveries and building access;
  • Conduct office tours for new hires and hand out our newcomer's boxes and equipment;
  • Lead and assist the team socials to ensure the smooth running of events (Summer party, Christmas) i.e. assisting with sending out comms, setting up, overseeing end-to-end events, and payment of venue/ entertainment;
  • Maintain and oversee the meeting room booking system and provision of all meeting room services and facilities;
  • Organise and distribute office posts;
  • Book travel and accommodation;
  • Will work alongside the operational teams to support the administrative side of the business;
  • Ad hoc office and administrative duties where needed.

Experience in Admin and Event planning is preferred

Salary: 27000 GBP/gross per year
