Job description
We are looking for a organized office administrator to get involved in all aspects of day to day office administration and accounts in a busy used car dealership.
This will include: checking of vehicle documents, ensuring certain processes are adhered to following the purchase and sale of vehicles.
You will also assist the accounts department in chasing invoices and liaising with members of staff via excel. word, and inhouse software.
An excellent telephone manor is essential as this role will include answering the telephone, speaking to customers - arranging the delivery and collection of vehicles.

You will be working from our offices in Minworth, B76 from 10:00 - 14:00 Monday to Friday.
