As a Administration Assistant, you will:
- Working with our Personal Travel Agent’s bookings to ensure a timely and efficient service for confirmations and tickets
- Reconciling the financial elements for bookings and generally quality checking administration
- Producing a wide range of documentation including letters, emails, tickets and reports
- Actively participating in training made available to you to enhance knowledge and personal development.
- To promote an engaging and professional relationship with our Personal Travel Agents, colleagues, customers and suppliers that we work with.
- Ensure the administration of bookings and financial reconciliation are of the quality and accuracy required
- Complete and reconcile daily banking
- Actively participates in training made available to them to enhance knowledge and personal development.
- To promote an engaging and professional relationship with colleagues, customers and suppliers that we work with.
- Comply fully and accurately to current policies and procedures in place, whilst adhering to deadlines for their completion and submission.
- Act responsibly and to encourage due diligence from all colleagues to protect Society assets. Therefore ensuring the total security of Travel premises, Stock, cash, equipment and personnel at all times.
- Ensure valuable documents and other important data are safely stored.
- Keep confidential all sensitive information both within and outside of work.
- Ensure that all payment handling procedures are followed and colleague purchases are conducted with strict adherence to policies and procedures relating to colleague purchases/bookings.
- Undertake general housekeeping duties as required.

This role is part of a team based from our Head Office in Walsall, with a mix of working from home and in the office.
Please see the below an indication of a timetable we are hoping to work towards, although dates are subject to change.

About You:
- 2 years previous administration and customer service experience, both face-to-face and over the telephone
