Job description

Administrative Assistant

Duties:

- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with order entry and inventory management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist with project coordination and tracking progress.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus.
