  • Support the HR team with Admin
  • Book travel and accommodation for the team
  • Monitor consumable stock levels and place orders where necessary
  • Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers:
  • Reception duties - greeting and hosting visitors, dealing with calls, emails, letters.
  • Supporting the management of GDPR compliance in respect of the database.

Skills and qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and oral & written communication skills
  • 5 years admin experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Competent with Microsoft Applications including Word and Excel, preferred knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Flexibility – ‘can-do’ attitude required to cover a variety of tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Time spent in similar role

Please note you will be expected to be on Site 5 days a week
