- Support the HR team with Admin
- Book travel and accommodation for the team
- Monitor consumable stock levels and place orders where necessary
- Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers:
- Reception duties - greeting and hosting visitors, dealing with calls, emails, letters.
- Supporting the management of GDPR compliance in respect of the database.
Skills and qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and oral & written communication skills
- 5 years admin experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Competent with Microsoft Applications including Word and Excel, preferred knowledge of Google Workspace
- Flexibility – ‘can-do’ attitude required to cover a variety of tasks
- Attention to detail
- Time spent in similar role
