Administration Assistant
TC Young are looking to recruit an administrator to join their Edinburgh office. This is an office based role and will involve a variety of general administrative tasks to support our Commercial Property team. This is a part-time position, which may suit a law student looking for practical legal experience. Working pattern to be mutually agreed (between 14 and 21 hours) but must be between 9 and 5, Monday – Friday.

What we are looking for … the successful candidate will enjoy a varied workload that would include:
- Filing, scanning and photocopying support
- Assisting with offsite storage and regular file reviews
- Greeting clients at Reception
- Dealing with outgoing mail
- Local deliveries
- General admin support
Ideally have the following aptitudes/skills:
- Smartly presented
- Good verbal communication skills
- Reliable
- Team player
- Excellent IT skills – all Microsoft packages
