We are looking for a Sales Office Administrator in Flitwick.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week
Job Description/Duties
- You will be an integral member of a customer focused team required to develop and maintain customer relationships whilst providing exceptional service through phone and email communication.
- Processing orders in compliance with company processes and procedures.
- Liaising with various departments within the company to ensure swift and accurate despatch of goods.
- Updating customers regarding order status, order details and expectations for future shipments.
- Responding to customer enquiries regarding product availability, pricing, shipping, and other general administrative duties as assigned by the sales office manager.
- Investigating any customer issues regarding orders/deliveries and liaising with relevant parties to resolve matters.
- Performing other duties as assigned to ensure that the company meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Skills
- Strong verbal/written communication skills, able to communicate with customers and colleagues in a friendly manner at all times.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Ability to meet deadlines and take direction well.
- Knowledge of excel is essential.
Salary - £23k p.a.
Job Type: Full-time
