Overview
We are a small company with a relaxed and fun atmosphere, supplying aesthetic technology to clinics across the UK. We are looking for an energetic new team member to join us as our new office administrator. This role has scope to develop into sales, with a commission paid on top of salary.
This is a primarily office-based role (in Yattendon RG18) with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days/week.
Role Duties
· Maintaining and optimising CRM systems to organise lead flow and interactions.
· Communicating effectively with clients through calls, emails, and live chat media.
· Manage invoicing and accounting systems.
· Organising team schedules.
· General office duties – organising, filing, handling incoming calls and emails.
· Placing orders with suppliers and booking services.
· Be knowledgable of our product range to effectively handle new enquiries.
· Provide friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable customer service experience to leads and existing clients.
· Uphold and contribute towards the company’s reputation for friendly expertise.
Ideal Candidate should:
· Have experience and enjoy working in an administrative role.
· Have a genuine interest in the aesthetic technology industry.
· Be a fast learner with great organisation skills and a keen eye for detail.
· Have a passion for providing excellent customer services.
· Be capable of working as part of a team and individually.
· Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills for interacting with clients.
· Wish to grow with the company and develop into a broader role with more responsibility and pay.
· Live within a reasonable commuting distance from our head office.
· Have excellent references.
· Have experience working with:
o CRM systems
o Microsoft office (word, excel etc.)
o Accounting/invoicing software (ideally Xero)
o Emailing software
o Making/handling calls
