Our client is a well Known Corporate and Institutional banking organisation with headquarters in Central London and several other global locations; Providing Finance and Risk Solutions as well as Trading and Flow Sales to global financial institutions, investors, counterparties and corporate customers on a day to day basis.

AMS are currently recruiting for Corporate Customer Service Advisors to work for our financial services client, at their office based in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
- £13.08 per hour
- 35 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, shifts to cover 08:00 - 16:00, 09:00 - 17:00, 10:00 - 18:00
This is an exciting customer service challenge, for which you'll receive some of the best training around, including an induction programme plus extensive ongoing support. As an experienced customer service professional, you should be able to think on your feet whilst following agreed procedures, and you will bring the confidence to take clear and considered decisions - getting it right first time, every time.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in over the phone customer service
- Be PC literate with good literacy and numeracy skills
- Have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Have a strong sense of accountability
- Have a passion for delivering first class customer experience
All training will be conducted on site, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm for 6/7 weeks. Once fully trained you will have the opportunity to work hybrid.
