Our Real Estate group is one of the largest real estate teams in the UK, advising an impressive range of clients including commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers and banks/funders. We are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to support the Paralegals and Solicitors in our Real Estate Litigation Team.
The role will include, but is not limited to:-
- Keeping filing up to date on a daily basis
- Sending out invoices
- Team inbox management
- Uploading claims
- Processing payments received
- Scanning in files at end of claims
- Preparing new files and closing old files
- Taking messages for team
- Preparing costs schedules
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
- IT literate with experience of using Word, Excel and the internet;
- Good written and numeracy skills;
- Flexibility with the capability to adapt to change, new practices and cope under pressure but with the ability to recognise when to seek assistance;
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent) to include Maths and English
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent client care skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to effectively time manage, prioritising as necessary
