Office Administrator
IMMEDIATE START! We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Whitfield, Dover.
This is a maternity cover fixed term role, subject to review at the end of the period, depending on performance and if any vacancies exist within the department.
Candidates need to be based locally to Whitfield, Dover, be reliable and have a positive can do attitude.
You will be working alongside existing team members, with varied tasks which will keep you challenged. One hour could be spent distributing enquiries to the sales team, the other processing customer orders and payments, plus other interesting and varied tasks. You will gain valuable knowledge of the direct marketing and mailing industry.
With our support the role requires good organisation, literacy and PC skills, as well as the ability to demonstrate professional communication by email and telephone between colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
Day to day tasks
- Working with our in-house CRM, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, and our website
- Answering inbound telephone calls, responding to customer enquiries and passing to the correct department
- Contacting businesses to offer trials of our direct mail solutions
- Processing orders and payments
- Checking and updating customer details
- Reviewing customers marketing material
- Liaising with suppliers and general office duties

The successful candidate will need to be available to work on the working days 27-29 December as part of a skeleton staff operated at that time.
