Job description
Job Title: Office administrator
Salary: £12 – £13 per hour
Location: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
Contract: Temporary on going 6+ months (Work from Home)
COMPANY PROFILE
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Great attention to detail
- Confident answering and making calls
- Confident using Microsoft packages including excel
- Experience with xero or similar accounting software is useful.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dealing with payroll and submitting hours to spreadsheet.
- Invoicing and managing purchase orders.
- Taking calls from clients and customers.
- Ordering and booking skips.
- Looking after upcoming vehicle maintenance, tax and Mot’s.
- General administration tasks.
