Admin/Office Support services to construction companies covering;
Email organisation and Management
Management of subcontractors and gathering of information
Monitoring of systems
Calls to Subcontractors to collect information for onboarding
Preparation of weekly payment run for subcontractors/ supplier invoices
Filling out PQQ forms
Audio Typing for Meeting Minutes
Calling Leads and booking jobs into chosen softwares
Management of project management softwares
Calls to chase for payments, purchase orders or remittance advice's
Preparation of Excel sheets for outstanding and paid invoices
Creation of Quotes and Invoices
Ordering Materials/Plant for clients
Taking Payments over the phone for clients
Qualifications/Skills
- 2 to 5 years of experience working within the construction industry
- Comfortable with learning new softwares, ideally experience using construction softwares such as ServiceM8, Tradify, ConstructionManager, ProCore, TimeKeeper etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Microsoft/Outlook/Google Programs (including Dropbox)
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Experience in financial softwares such as Xero
Salary dependant on experience and skillset.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,000.00-£24,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
