Job description
Office Administrator – Position Overview;
- General administration tasks across multiple departments
- Ensure that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering the phone responding to emails, and preparing documents
- Raising PO’s, invoices & quotations for new business
- Data entry
- Assisting in the purchasing of all goods required by the company
- Organising and maintaining the filing system

- Proven background in administration roles
- Keen to learn
- Great eye for detail
- Able to work off own initiative, unsupervised
- Can prioritise own workload
- Proficient using Microsoft office 365
- Confident & outgoing
- Can reliably commute to High Wycombe
Office Administrator – Position Remuneration
- Salary: £18K - 30K annual salary dependant on experience
- Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm
- 21 Days Holiday + Bank
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £16,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
