Job description

Maple Access Surgery is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, motivated and flexible team player to join the Maple Access Team. An understanding of clinical systems is desirable although full training will be provided. The successful candidate will have strong communication, organisation and IT skills, be reliable, helpful and friendly, and be able to demonstrate a confident professional approach to their workload.

The successful candidate will work as a Receptionist/Call Handler in our Town Centre GP Surgery,

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with face to face patient queries
  • Dealing with telephone inquiries
  • Booking appointments
  • General administrative duties

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: £10.60 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Northampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
