Job Description – Office manager

Red LED Limited specialise in design, supply, installation, and maintenance of digital signage.

Due to rapid growth, we are looking for a dedicated office manager to support the company at our head office in Alderley Edge.

This varied and interesting role would especially suit someone with a strong interest in business administration and a desire to make this role their own.

Job Description

Main duties will include, but not limited to:

  • General administration, answering the telephone, email queries etc.
  • Issuing invoices
  • Chasing payments to invoices
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Supporting sales staff with proposals
  • Communicating with suppliers
  • Maintaining an accurate database

Qualifications

The successful applicant will receive on-the-job training, and career progression in a professional, but laid back, working environment.

This is an office-based role in Alderley Edge with free parking. Monday - Friday 9am-17:00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per year
