Are you an organised, friendly & confident people person? I am working with an award-winning Property Consultancy that is looking to grow its Operations & Client Service Team by recruiting an enthusiastic & reliable Office Administrator to join the business!
What does the role look like?
As an Office Administrator, you will work closely with a second Office Administrator and report to the Workplace Manager. You will be responsible for providing a friendly & professional 5-star welcome to all visitors, maintaining all front of house, meeting rooms & general office spaces are kept in excellent order, managing the switchboard and additional office admin tasks.
What are they looking for in an Office Administrator?
- Excellent organisational skills: planning, ability to prioritise, flex, multi-task and complete work to tight deadlines
- First class communication skills, both written & verbal
- Able to adapt and remain calm in pressured situations
- A strong team worker with the ability to work autonomously when required
- Adept and keen to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Some experience of working in a professional/technically oriented organisation
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
