JOB TITLE: Office Administrator for PICS Ltd
SALARY: A competitive salary of £26,500 (part time pro rata)
WORKING HOURS: 9am – 5pm (part time hours between 9-5pm to be discussed)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator
We are distributors of innovative paving products and services our office is based on Lineside Industrial Estate in Littlehampton with our head office in Hermitage Berkshire and further depots in Manchester and Sheffield. As part of our ongoing expansion programme, we are seeking a highly motivated person who can play a pivotal role assisting our production team admin within a busy office environment. This is a varied role that a self-motivated, organised person would relish.
Key attributes should be:
- Proactive individual who can switch from one activity to another, therefore good communication skills and problems solving skills are a must.
- A friendly, organised and logical approach with the ability to think ahead and be precise in detail.
- Being able to work to strict deadlines sometimes in pressured situations.
- To be equally confident working on your own initiative as well as part of the team.
- Experience and knowledge of the concrete industry is not required, however the willingness to learn is paramount to your success in the role.
- Previous administration experience would be helpful, but training will be provided so not essential.
- Strong level of IT literacy is necessary, and a working knowledge of Excel would be an advantage however training will be given.
